EKIP is the go-to reference guide for promoting the health and well-being of school-aged youth, as well as prevention measures that contribute to staying in school and academic success. The guide has been made available for the school network, particularly to support the implementation of integrated mental health promotion activities. The EKIP guide is the basis for the compulsory content in personal and social competency development found in the “Train the students“ measure.
This early intervention program helps teens and young adults manage stress and anxiety by taking their needs into account. By presenting tools based on solid data and promoting the creation of relationships, the programme helps young people deal with anxiety and improve their sense of well-being.
